A Vegan’s Guide to Soy Sauce Meatballs

Soy sauce meatball recipes, as well as vegan options, are getting a lot of buzz lately.

Now that vegan options are becoming more popular, some people are also getting inspired to make a meatball with soy sauce.

I’ve had my share of Soy Sauce meatballs and I’ve also made some vegan versions, but these recipes are the ones that I’ve found that are actually delicious.

If you’re looking for an easy, meat-free option to make vegan soy sauce, this is it.

What you’ll need for this recipe:1 pound ground beef1 cup soy sauce (use a low-sodium soy sauce if you don’t have any soy sauce)2 tablespoons sugar2 teaspoons onion powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1 cup water3 tablespoons soy sauce3 tablespoons nutritional yeast2 tablespoons ground black pepper1/4 cup nutritional yeast1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (or nutritional yeast-free soy sauce-free)1 tablespoon soy sauce or waterTo make the sauce, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the soy sauce and sugar.

Once the soy is dissolved, add the onion powder, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add the water and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Add in the nutritional yeast, stir it through, and stir it in until the mixture is slightly thickened.

Let the mixture sit for about 20 minutes before adding the nutritional flours and baking for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the sauce from the pan and allow it to cool completely.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, including the soy and nutritional flors.

If it looks too runny to stir, add in a little water to thin it out.

Serve the meatballs with the sauce on top, along with your favorite vegetables.
