Thai Soy Sauce Powder is a Healthy Way to Boost Pregnancy

Ingredients: (1) 3 tbsp soy sauce or soy sauce paste (not soy sauce) (1) tbsp water (1/2 cup) (4 tbsp.)

(1.5 cup) 1/2 tsp.

black pepper (1 tsp.)

(2-3 tbsp.) 

1/4 tsp.

paprika (optional) 1 tsp.

salt (optional). 

(2) 2 tbsp.

fresh ginger, grated, chopped (optional.) 

(3) 2-3 large garlic cloves, peeled, crushed and finely grated (optional.). 

Directions: Combine soy sauce and water in a small bowl.

Heat over medium heat until it begins to boil.

Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in salt and black pepper.

Simmer for a few minutes, until ginger and garlic are fragrant.

Taste and adjust salt and pepper.

Place ginger and minced garlic in a bowl and toss well to combine.

Set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt soy sauce in a medium-high heat.

Add water and stir until the soy sauce begins to bubble.

Remove and discard from heat.

Set sauce aside.

Heat a large pan over medium-low heat.

Place oil in a large skillet and heat until shimmering.

Add ginger and saute until fragranced, about 1 minute.

Add soy sauce mixture and sauté until the sauce begins bubbling.

Add salt and brown the ginger for a minute.

Remove ginger and sauce mixture from heat, then add the ginger and soy sauce.

Stir to combine well.

Remove sauce mixture to a plate and allow to cool slightly.

Transfer ginger and ginger sauce to a saucepan.

Add the remaining soy sauce to the pan and stir to combine and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-Low and simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently.

Remove the ginger from the sauce and set aside to cool.

Add tofu to the saucepan and cook for about 5-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Remove tofu and set it aside.

Stir together ginger and tofu in a blender.

Remove soy sauce from blender and set to high speed.

Add sugar, garlic, and ginger paste to the blender and puree to a smooth paste.


Serve immediately.

NFL mock draft: Top offensive tackles in 2017

The NFL Mock Draft is a weekly look at the top offensive tackles entering the 2017 NFL Draft.

The Raiders selected tackle Andrew Donnal, a 6-foot-5, 329-pound guard out of Ohio State, in the fifth round.

Donnal is projected to be the No. 1 overall pick.

Donnals athleticism makes him an intriguing prospect for the Raiders to target in the first round.

He is a perfect fit for the Oakland Raiders’ offense as a tackle who can move around the field and can play both guard and center.

Donnally is a great fit for a Raiders offense that already has a lot of weapons at the position.

Donnaly can be an effective player in a run-heavy system, and he will be a huge asset for a team that is trying to win now.

The Broncos selected tackle Joe Dahl at No. 10 overall.

Dahl is a versatile lineman who can play guard, center and guard-tackle.

Dahl’s ability to play all three positions will be an asset for Denver.

He has a unique skill set and the Broncos have a ton of talented linemen in their draft class, so Dahl is an excellent value pick.

The Falcons selected tackle Zach Banner at No 14 overall.

Banner is a 6.5-foot, 310-pound center out of Texas Tech.

Banner has the ability to move around and is an ideal fit for Atlanta’s run-based system.

He has the athleticism to compete in a power-oriented system and is a huge playmaker at tackle for the Falcons.

Banner can be a valuable contributor on special teams, and his size will allow him to be a good run blocker.

He could be a great playmaker for Atlanta.

Banner could develop into a quality left tackle for a Falcons team that already boasts some talent at the positions.

The Packers selected tackle Jarrad Davis at No 15 overall.

Davis has a great upside for a run blocker who can be effective as a center.

He is a good fit for Green Bay’s run scheme, and the Packers have a lot to improve at the guard position.

Davis can be great in the run game and will be the difference maker on special team units.

The Redskins selected tackle Chris Wormley at No 17 overall.

Wormley is a powerful tackle who is extremely athletic.

He can play all four positions, but he has the strength and power to be an excellent run blocker for a Redskins offense that is built around the run.

He could be an ideal candidate for the Redskins to target if they can add some pass-rush help to their offensive line.

The Saints selected tackle Jordan Morgan at No 20 overall.

Morgan has a very similar skill set to Wormley.

Morgan is a very athletic tackle who could be utilized in the middle of the field, and Morgan has great athleticism to be able to move.

Morgan could be the top tackle available in the 2017 draft, and this is why the Saints have a solid haul of picks at the offensive tackle position.

The Saints also have some intriguing talent at guard in Travaris Cadet, Justin Pugh and David Yankey.
