I’ve been looking for a good, old fashioned soy sauce recipe for a while, and my search led me to the amazing Keto Soy Sauce by Dennis and his crew.
This recipe is so good, in fact, that it’s been featured on the Ketogenic Dieting podcast, and featured in the book The Ketogenic Diet.

It uses soy sauce and is very simple to make.
I used Coconut Oil to make the sauce, but you can use other coconut oil if you like.
1 tablespoon coconut oil (about 2 tablespoons for a medium batch)
